Yea Argos Vintage Tee
If you’ve spent time in the Henley Room, you’ve likely noticed this print hanging behind the bar. Yea Argos takes its name from a 1939 song and revives a proud chapter of Argonaut Rowing Club history, when the club owned and operated the Toronto Argonauts football team. Formed by rowers to stay active through the off-season, the team carried ARC’s Double Blue colours and Boatmen spirit onto the field. The football club remained under ARC ownership until it was sold in 1957.
This limited edition t-shirt is screen printed right here in Toronto on an American Apparel 2001 fine jersey unisex t-shirt in soft heather-grey 90/10 ring-spun cotton/poly blend.
