Membership Instalment Payment Plan Agreement

WHEREAS <Member’s Name> wishes to become a member of the Argonaut Rowing Club for the 2021-22 fiscal year, until March 31, 2022, and 

WHEREAS <Member’s Name> wishes to pay their annual membership fees under an instalment plan,

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. By this contract, the Member agrees to pay for the services rendered by the Club, by the schedule outlined in 2 below, in exchange for membership benefits.
2. By this agreement, the Member agrees that the full membership fee will be paid in two (2) instalments, as shown below. The first instalment will be paid to the Club at the time of membership registration. The Member will be invoiced for the second instalment to be paid no later than June 15th.

1. This agreement is binding, and the failure to meet its terms will result in the Club cancelling all dock privileges and deactivating the Member’s access card/Fob to enter the club property, without warning. 
2. The Member agrees to comply with the Membership Agreement as outlined in the Membership registration process.
